Application Process
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
- All applications are subject to verification of business information and references.
- Processing may take a minimum of 48 hours, depending on the responsiveness of your references.
Credit Terms & Conditions
- The minimum approved credit limit is $3,000.
- Approved terms are valid for 24 months of continuous business.
- A lapse in purchasing for 6 months or more will require reapplication.
- Failure to comply with payment terms may result in revocation of Net 30 privileges.
Purchase Order Requirements
- All purchase orders must be submitted on official company documentation.
- Spartan Tool’s Net 30 terms will take precedence over any terms listed on your company’s purchase order.
